The beginning of the year is a perfect time for everyone to think over tasks completed last year and to set new goals for the future. Year 2015 brought a lot of events, projects, and achievements for a1qa that made us be proud of our work. Here they are.
80% of company’s staff upgraded its skills by attending special activities organized by training center QA Academy.
Over 150 employees certified, approved for mobile application testing, and already work on projects.
Two services – QA Consulting and Business Analysis – were greatly developed by a1qa in 2015. At the beginning of 2015 we officially announced the opening of the business analysis competency center. The great goal of company’s 8 centers of competence is to accumulate internal and world expertise in order to support our staff with particular knowledge when it’s needed.
QA consulting was officially presented at one of the exhibitions in the framework of the IT-forum in oil and gas industry. It is aimed at sharing QA-experience with our customers to make their work easier and more efficient.
Prototyping analytical system to analyze the effectiveness of automation in 2015, we hope to reduce the costs of the tests greatly, and make the indicator of the automation effectiveness more transparent. This fact will become one of the key benefits of interaction with the company in 2016. In addition, HP certified the performance testing team HP ATP Loadrunner that gives us one more reason to be proud of a1qa staff.
Previous year was productive for the team of technical writers. The number of English-speaking projects increased significantly. In addition to the project documentation according to the software development standards they studied and applied context help for applications to real projects, they were also engaged in the development of educational videos, held the localization of software products, and prepared the documentation for software certification.
There always have been two major advantages for a1qa – professionalism and brand new software testing and QA approach. However, the most important achievement of the company in 2015 is a great team of like-minded people who share their professional goals as well as common interests. We are proud to have dozens of new employees joined a1qa last year.
Our staff continues to scale the overall objective – to operate as efficiently as possible to become the best company in software testing and quality assurance.
