A1QA's structure is a composition of departments and project teams formed according to QA engineers' competences and skills - and customers' preferences. The structure is quite flexible and is periodically adjusted to adapt to the newest technical developments in the software testing market.

Employees
Beyond mere technical expertise, everyone at A1QA is focused on bringing out the best personal qualities and team-working abilities in our colleagues. In March 2008 A1QA opened a QA Academy, an in-house training and knowledge-sharing center. Its goal is to equip individual employees and QA teams with knowledge and hands-on experience and to promote the development of each individual in the company.A set of the most relevant topics for QA employees are outlined via focus groups and an online poll. Expert groups of top professionals from the company and guest speakers prepare seminars on selected topics.
There have been 30 seminars and 5 courses for top-management carried out during the first year of work at the QA Academy. The topics include technical development, management and personal development. Over 60 percent of QA employees took part in the seminars and generally reacted very positively to the information and training they received. The QA Academy continues to shape the skills and enthusiasm of the QA team in 2010.
