Outsourcing historically appeared to be a form of labor organization between societies. It started together with the mankind growth. The term outsourcing means using worldwide labor, capital, technology and resources in order to optimize the company’s costs.

Notwithstanding the fact that the terms outsourcing and offshoring are often confused, they are different. Outsourcing is similar to the company restructuring whereas offshoring is relative to the nation (these two notions are not mutually exclusive for a good reason).
