The same cooperation model can be applied if the customer has his in-house testing team but lacks resources for a successful completion of a particular project. The A1QA testing team can supplement the necessary resources and expertise and closely cooperate with the customer's QA team.
Independent Software Testing and Quality Control
We offer this cooperation scheme for the
customers who outsource their project to a remote software development company and would like to have additional monitoring over the development process. The development is done by a development company while the testing is performed by the A1QA testing team. A1QA remotely cooperates with the Development Company and tracks project progress and quality by executing regular tests and providing the customer with regular updates thus making the project development more transparent. The A1QA team leader communicates with the Development Company project manager as well as with the customer's representative responsible for the project.
Independent Audit and End-Product Evaluation
This cooperation model is for the
customer who wants to audit the Development Company's work and evaluate final product quality. In this case the development and testing of the customer's project is done by the Development Company. A1QA communicates only with the customer's representative and provides reports on adherence to timeframes and quality standards.
