11 January 2017

During January 5-8 a1qa team attended CES 2017, the world’s largest technical event that annually takes place in Las Vegas.

The 50th CES proved to be a record-breaker with more than 3,800 exhibiting companies and more than 175,000 industry professionals attending it.

What we at a1qa valued most is the chance to get familiar with industry novelties to stay competitive in the rapidly developing IT market. Hundreds of new developments debuted at the show: triple-screen laptops, drones that take flying selfies, cutting-edge wearables.

The connected future of technology became the main message of the event. There is no doubt that very soon many things around us will be connected and managed by a single smartphone app. What preoccupies QA experts most is that this interconnectivity comes with surge in attacks that compromise net-connected solutions.

All this pose new challenges to QA engineers who have to ensure the high quality of every IoT solution.

a1qa specialists shared their vision and ideas on the future of assuring quality of IoT products. We gave our voice to the possible QA solutions that can help to guarantee maximum performance and security to the net-connected devices.

We appreciate the opportunity to meet many of our international partners, share our vision with the peers and make another step to our global mission – build a better and safer future for all of us.
