a1qa opens 10th Center of Excellence – QA Consulting
a1qa provides its clients not only with core testing services but also with such an uncommon service for IT market as QA Consulting.
Today, there are 10 consultants in the company who develop this focus area, helping clients to set up and improve quality control processes.
In September 2017 a1qa has officially established QA Consulting Center of Excellence.
The main objectives of creating the CoE include:
- accumulating experience
- enhancing knowledge
- improving quality and increasing speed of clients’ requests processing
The Center of Excellence is run by Olga Susha, Head of B2G Systems Testing Department at a1qa.
“The official opening of the QA Consulting Center of Excellence is a logical stage in development of this service, which has been offered by a1qa since 2010. At that time, the company already had a wealth of experience in testing, as well as in organizing the quality control process. At some point, we realized that we have enough expertise to build the process of quality control and increase its effectiveness. This is how QA Consulting started at a1qa.
Our company has experience in consulting for such business domains as banking, telecommunications, retail, media, oil production, logistics, insurance, and even public administration. It’s worth mentioning that we involve specialists from relevant a1qa Centers of Excellence when working in specialized areas.
Our priorities include creating and maintaining the knowledge base in QA consulting, developing educational programs and improving the competence of our specialists in this area.

The QA Consulting Center of Excellence is the tenth CoE in the company. a1qa also has centers of excellence in security testing, performance testing, test automation, mobile application testing, technical writing, business analysis, and testing products in specific industries (retail, banks and finance, telecom).
