Managed services 2013
The 4th International conference Managed services 2013 – Optimization of operators` costs, outsourcing of network an IT infrastructure, and shared operation of telecom networks was held on 25th September 2013 in Moscow Renaissance Olympic Hotel.
Conference consisted of 3 sessions and a panel discussion. The conference hosts invited our experts: Julia Liber, Head of Telco and Web applications testing department, and Dmitry Tishchenko, Head of Software Quality Optimization Department, to share their view on the quality assurance of OSS/BSS. Mr. Tishchenko made a speech in “IT outsourcing for operators” session, while Ms. Liber, being a leading expert in Telco industry, participated in the panel discussion on Cost Optimization for Operators.
Our speaker Dmitry Tishchenko came out in the second session with a speech about changes in an operator`s QA department aimed at improvement of business performance. In his speech Mr. Tishchenko disclose lots of details about us and our work, specifically Dmitry pointed out our experience in Telecom domain, proprietary approach to testing process and our successful case company budget optimization.
Panel discussion – moderated by Comnews Editor-in-Chief Leonid Konik – concluded the conference. The discussion was featured by Vitaly Shub (Adviser to the President of TTK), Natalia Rudenko (Deputy CTO of Multinet Group), Julia Liber (Head of Telco and Web applications testing department), along with Yury Malenkov and Konstantin Strulev. The participants discussed the topics of “Financial aspects of outsourcing: when the results bring Telecom value”; “How to choose a partner for managed services: requirements, DOS and DON’Ts” and “Staff expense optimization”. Julia also gave an interview to Bisnessinformburo agency, where she told about the specifics of Telco industry.
120 companies from different countries attended Managed Services 2013. Conference participants expressed a high opinion of the event organization, relevance of topics, the high profile of speakers and unique networking opportunities. Managed Services 2013 also featured an exhibition which showcased Telecom-Birzha and DMTel.
