2025 in review: summing up a year of a1qa’s achievements

As 2025 comes to a close, a1qa looks back on a year defined by global connection, rigorous industry validation, and impactful knowledge sharing.

From the conference halls of Lisbon and Dubai to the digital communities on LinkedIn and Forbes, our focus has been on highlighting the benefits of test automation, the role of software quality in critical sectors like healthcare, iGaming, and cybersecurity as well as the impact of AI in the software testing industry.

This year’s milestones highlight our commitment to not only meeting the industry’s evolving standards but actively shaping them through partnership and innovation.

Global expansion

In 2025, a1qa strategically expanded its global footprint by entering India. We established a new hub in Noida to accelerate team growth and tap into the region’s rich talent pool, marking a significant step in our continued international expansion. In 2026, the a1qa team will continue to expand its international footprint.

Championing software quality on international stages

From the gaming hubs of Latin America to the tech capitals of Europe and the Middle East, a1qa spent 2025 on the road, connecting with partners and sharing expertise.

Americas:

Web Summit Vancouver 2025: At one of the largest global tech conferences, we discussed how advanced QA practices accelerate the launch of reliable products to the market.

Capturing the gaming boom: In Brazil, a1qa tapped into the explosive growth of the Latin American iGaming market. At SBC Summit Rio, the a1qa team met with operators to discuss strategies for ensuring flawless gameplay and maximizing player retention in this rapidly expanding region.

Europe:

In November, at Web Summit, we joined global tech leaders to unpack the future of tech. Earlier in September, at SBC Summit Lisbon, a1qa team engaged with the iGaming community to discuss platform reliability.

Earlier in the year, ICE Barcelona provided a key venue for discussing player experience optimization, while SiGMA Central Europe in Rome offered a platform to showcase our expertise in compliance and performance testing for diverse iGaming markets.

We also participated in GITEX Europe 2025 in Berlin; one of the leading tech events in the region. We met with thought leaders and innovators to discuss breakthrough solutions in AI, cloud technologies, and digital transformation.

Middle East:

Our presence in the Middle East focused on resilience and safety.

At LEAP 2025 in Riyadh, a1qa demonstrated how independent QA enhances software reliability, security, and performance, helping businesses stay ahead in AI, fintech, and cybersecurity.

At GISEC Global in Dubai, we tackled the pressing issue of cybersecurity, exploring how QA protocols can fortify digital ecosystems against sophisticated threats.

At Arab Health 2025, the a1qa team joined discussions on the critical intersection of software quality and patient safety, emphasizing the need for rigorous testing in HIPAA and GDPR-compliant medical applications.

We also engaged with global leaders at:

  • Abu Dhabi Global Health Week 2025: Discussing how testing ensures medical system reliability and patient data protection.
  • WHX Dubai 2025: Examining how independent software assessment transforms healthcare by improving patient safety and compliance.
  • Seamless Middle East 2025: Sharing expertise on ensuring the reliability and security of fintech solutions.
  • Future Health (Abu Dhabi): Exploring innovations changing the future of medicine.

Central Asia:

The team participated in five major industry events across the region, sharing expertise with leaders in banking, fintech, and digital development. Discussions centered on how QA optimizes costs and enhances UX, facilitates digital transformation in high-load systems, and leverages AI for implementation, risk management, and refining business processes. Experts also shared insights on modern testing approaches that accelerate product time-to-market and increase reliability for large-scale digital projects.

Community engagement

Beyond major international conferences, a1qa deepened its connection with the professional community through targeted events. This year, we organized and engaged in series of online and offline roundtables, business breakfasts, and specialized meetups hosted at partner banks. These gatherings focused on AI-driven industries, where our experts facilitated critical discussions and delivered presentations covering telecom, fintech, test automation, artificial intelligence, and security protocols, contributing directly to the collective growth of the QA community.

Learning and development

This year, we strengthened our internal educational initiatives by returning to in-person live sessions and expanding our digital curriculum. We launched comprehensive new training modules covering Generative AI, BDD, DevOps, and mobile automation to support the professional growth of our specialists.
