a1qa capitalizes on implementation of a new CRM system
a1qa has completed an internal project to revisit the corporate CRM systems and upgrade to a newer version. The project was inspired by the recent ISO compliance audit and delivered by the Internal Support department. The updated CRM system provides a bunch of new features such as advanced account management tools to facilitate further increase of repeat business.
As a side note, 15% of a1qa’s clients have been loyal to the company since 2005, while over 75% of our clients turn to a1qa twice or more. Moreover, there are around 10 long-term dedicated testing centers operating at a1qa’s premises for our clients in Telecom and Technology spaces.
