a1qa is proud to announce the successful completion of 1000-th project. In the scope of this anniversary project, a1qa has provided its services to Velcom, a mobile operator of Telekom Austria Group, a leading provider of telecommunication services of GSM 900/180, UMTS (WCDMA/HSDPA/HSUPA/HSPA+), 3G and GSM standard. a1qa team managed to set up the testing environment for the acceptance testing, develop end-to-end test cases and perform the acceptance process for Velcom in the process of replacing billing OSS/BSS solution.

Dedicated team of 15 full-time QA engineers has been working on the project for more than 2 years, with the invested efforts of almost 16K man/hours .

Having a deep domain knowledge and sound experience in Telecom industry, a1qa team delivered a solution that included analysis of clients’ system requirements, investigation of the new system operational specifics, development of testing environment, set up and implementation of test- and bug-tracking systems and many other services.

New team members of Velcom OSS/BSS team from now on can be integrated into the working process with no downtime due to professionally set project management and a series of knowledge-sharing seminars held by a1qa specialists.
