The customer is an Estonia-based mobile network operator offering a wide range of services that can be activated via the Internet. The customer approached a1qa for independent testing and evaluation of the product before deployment to the production platform.
The project involved the development of a self-service environment on the Internet to provide qualified online support for individual and corporate clients.
The main tasks of the QA team were to test and analyze the quality of the product by various criteria, compose customer-tailored reports after each testing phase, carry out an expert evaluation to determine if the product was ready for public use, set up and implement test and bug-tracking system.
